 This luxurious Villa is superbly located in Kapparis in Greek eastern Cyprus, less than an hour's drive from Larnaca airport. Ideally situated and equipped to give you choices while on holiday: pure relaxation; family-orientated holiday; or a base for exploration.This area of Cyprus has retained its local Greek charm in a peaceful and picturesque setting; it is well known for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters; the immediate coastline is dotted with secluded sandy coves and a delightful harbour, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A couple of minutes walk from the villa; you will find the village of Kapparis with various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants. Also located nearby are a small supermarket, paper shop, and car hire rental office. For an alternative look at local Cypriot life and atmosphere, a short drive inland will take you to the town of Paralimni with its abundance of shops, tavernas, cafes and boutiques. Also, about 10 minutes drive along the coast is the family friendly coastline resort of Protaras with its famous white sandy beaches and, in particular, Fig Tree Bay where you can find activities such as snorkeling, jet-ski-ing, parasailing plus Waterworld, where children can splash and helter-skelter all day. On the outskirts of Protaras is a small attractive stone church (Church of Ayios Ilias) set atop a rocky crag - from where there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Just beyond Protaras is Cape Greco, which is located on the furthest southeastern point of the island in the Famagusta region. This area contains a National Park Forest, occupying an area of 390ha and offers facilities for hiking, picnicking, cycling, horse-riding, climbing, swimming and diving. Scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island. For the young at heart, the action-packed resort of Ayia Napa is a short drive 15-minute drive from the villa. For the more adventurous, most of the island is within easy reach via a good road system; the villa is well situated, within approximately 10 minutes of the eastern end of the main east/west road, which traverses the island. Description Located in the up and coming area of Kapparis close to the resort of Protaras this gated villa with large private swimming pool is perfect for those looking for a holiday offering sun and relaxation. The villa is set at the end of a cul-de-sac within the stylish Blue Water Bay development; a palm tree lined avenue leads down to the azure blue of the Mediterranean and one of the local beaches, about 5 minutes walk. The large ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. Two pairs of large sliding patio doors lead on to the extensive terrace. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with Comfy sofas, a coffee table; and, a TV/DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children’s channels, plus a stereo CD/Hi-fi system are also provided. The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The Italian-designed kitchen is well equipped for any sort of culinary activity and has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washing machine is housed in a separate cupboard. The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and ample inbuilt cupboard space, and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have comfy twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space; one of these bedrooms also has a good sized balcony. All are designed to ensure maximum rest during your holiday. The villa also contains 1 spacious bathroom and integral shower and 2 shower rooms with toilets. The landscaped garden area comes complete with an immaculate large private pool and sun loungers, a large table, chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The garden is bordered by stunning plants and fence, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; in the distance, there is a beautiful view of the aqua-hued Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located merely 5 minutes walk to the local beach and coastline where you can take leisurely strolls, swim, or snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. A couple of minutes walk from the villa will also take you to the local Kapparis main road where various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants can be found. A small supermarket and car hire rental office are also located close by, while a large well-stocked supermarket is just 5minutes by car.
